Injection Moulding is a main part of the business with 7 machines.

We ship around 60 million parts annually in many colours and materials.

As part of the Spark Erosion Centre's long history we have been moulding since 1985.

​SEC Group​'s breadth of experience and knowledge means we can deliver re-engineered, reverse-engineered or newly designed parts from a range of materials.

We can re-create a new part in a suitable material from broken samples where replacement parts are obsolete or difficult to source.

We already produce millions of plastic parts to the building and aerospace industries but also create one-off prototypes in steel, aluminium and titanium for example.

A new 3D printing facility is in place with design and prototyping services on offer.
